Application and API Usage Notice

Our applications, source code, APIs, backend systems, and proprietary integrations are private proprietary technology developed and owned by our team. They are licensed solely for use within the officially purchased Flutter application and the single licensed project or domain approved for that purchase.

1. Limited License

By purchasing the application, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased application, its source code, and the related APIs only for their own licensed project or domain.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Purchasing the Flutter application does not grant ownership of the application architecture, source code structure, API infrastructure, backend architecture, source integrations, or any proprietary systems that power the application. All such rights remain exclusively owned by our team.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited without our prior written authorization:

• Reusing the APIs to create other commercial applications
• Reusing our applications or source code to create other commercial applications or products
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the APIs
• Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, or redistributing our applications, source code, or backend components
• Creating cloned, derivative, or competing products using our backend or API system
• Creating cloned, derivative, or competing products using our applications, source code, backend, or API system
• Offering the APIs or backend services to any third party
• Building multiple applications on top of a single purchased license
• Extracting, copying, studying for replication, or reusing the application architecture, backend, or API architecture outside the licensed application

4. Unauthorized Commercial Use

If a customer purchases the application and later uses our applications, source code, or APIs to create, promote, distribute, or sell additional products or applications outside the licensed scope, this will be treated as a violation of the license agreement and our intellectual property rights.

5. Enforcement

Any unauthorized reuse, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of our applications, source code, APIs, or backend infrastructure may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Immediate termination of the license
• Suspension of API access and related services
• Legal claims and formal enforcement procedures
• Copyright enforcement actions
• Financial liability for damages resulting from unauthorized use

6. Monitoring and Protection

We actively monitor and investigate suspected license abuse. We reserve the right to take legal or technical action against any unauthorized use of our applications, source code, APIs, backend infrastructure, or proprietary integration systems.

If you need permission for extended or alternative API usage, please contact us before deployment or distribution of your application.

By using our application, source code, and related API services, you acknowledge and agree to this usage notice and the applicable license restrictions.
