Program operator

The Store Flutter Crafters referral program is operated by FLUTTER CRAFTERS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17289603. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. The program is an optional promotional feature. It is not employment, agency, partnership, franchise, investment, or a promise of income.

1. Scope

This guide explains how referral links, referral codes, commissions, withdrawals, disclosure rules, and fraud checks work on Store Flutter Crafters. It forms part of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Support Policy, and Application and API Usage Notice.

By creating, sharing, or using a referral link, you agree to follow this guide and all applicable laws, advertising rules, platform rules, and community rules.

2. How the Program Works

  • You must have a Store Flutter Crafters account to create and manage referral activity.
  • If the referral program is active, you can generate a referral code or referral link from your account dashboard.
  • Your referral link may include a code such as ?ref=YOUR_CODE.
  • When a visitor uses a valid referral code, the code may be stored in the visitor session for up to 30 days unless it expires, is cleared, or becomes invalid.
  • A referral is credited only when a new eligible user registers with a valid referral code and later completes an eligible paid purchase.
  • Commissions first appear as pending. Pending commissions are not withdrawable until they are reviewed and marked as paid in our system.

3. Commission Rates

The commission percentage is shown in your referral dashboard or in the current referral settings. Commission rates, eligible products, eligible services, and payout rules may change from time to time.

Unless a written offer says otherwise, commissions are calculated from the eligible order amount recorded in our system. Discounts, refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, test orders, free orders, duplicate orders, manually adjusted amounts, taxes, gateway fees, or non-eligible services may reduce or remove commission eligibility.

4. Commission Status

  • Pending: the order or referral is waiting for review, payment confirmation, refund window review, anti-fraud checks, or administrative approval.
  • Paid: the commission has been approved in our system and can count toward your withdrawable referral balance.
  • Refunded or reversed: the commission is removed because the order was refunded, cancelled, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible.

Your available referral balance is based on paid commissions minus withdrawals that are already paid or still pending.

5. Withdrawals and Wallet Transfers

Available payout methods and minimum amounts are shown on the withdrawal page and may be changed in our referral settings. PayPal withdrawals may be available only when PayPal payouts are enabled. Wallet transfer may be available for adding approved referral balance to your Store Flutter Crafters wallet.

  • PayPal withdrawal requests require a valid PayPal email address and must meet the current minimum withdrawal amount.
  • Wallet transfers require enough paid referral balance and must meet the current wallet transfer minimum.
  • We may hold, review, reduce, or reject a withdrawal request if there is suspected fraud, abuse, refund risk, chargeback risk, account mismatch, or a policy violation.
  • Payment provider fees, currency conversion fees, PayPal delays, bank delays, tax obligations, and local reporting requirements are your responsibility unless the law says otherwise.

6. Required Advertising Disclosure

If you share a referral link in a post, video, review, tutorial, email, paid advertisement, social media profile, website, forum, community, or private message, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission if someone buys through your link.

The disclosure must be clear, prominent, easy to understand, and close to the referral link or recommendation. Do not hide it at the end of a long page, inside unclear hashtags, behind a separate link, or in a place users are unlikely to see before clicking.

Examples of clear wording include:

  • Ad: I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.
  • Referral link: I may receive a commission from Store Flutter Crafters if you purchase after using my link.
  • Affiliate disclosure: This link may earn me a commission at no extra cost to you.

Your reviews, tutorials, claims, screenshots, income statements, and recommendations must be honest and not misleading. Do not claim that a product has features, results, discounts, guarantees, installation support, or earnings that we have not clearly offered.

7. Allowed Promotion

You may promote your referral link through lawful and honest methods, such as:

  • Real product reviews, tutorials, comparisons, or educational content with a clear referral disclosure.
  • Blog posts, videos, newsletters, or social posts where referral links are allowed by the platform.
  • Relevant developer communities, groups, or forums when their rules allow referral links and promotional content.
  • Direct sharing with people who have asked for recommendations or who reasonably expect to receive the message.
  • Paid campaigns only if they follow this guide and you have our written approval for any use of our brand, trademarks, product names, or advertising assets.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is not allowed:

  • Self-referrals, creating multiple accounts, referring yourself, referring accounts you control, or using relatives, employees, contractors, or household members to create artificial commissions.
  • Fake registrations, bot traffic, purchased leads, click farms, cookie stuffing, iframe stuffing, forced clicks, hidden pixels, malware, browser extensions, or automated referral abuse.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, scraping contact lists, sending referral links to people who did not consent, or violating email, messaging, or platform rules.
  • False claims about income, product features, discounts, urgency, refunds, official partnerships, guaranteed approvals, installation service, or support scope.
  • Impersonating FLUTTER CRAFTERS LTD, Store Flutter Crafters, our support team, our directors, or our official website.
  • Using our brand names, product names, domain names, misspellings, trademarks, logos, or confusingly similar names in ads, domains, usernames, app names, marketplace listings, or search campaigns without written permission.
  • Posting referral links on coupon sites, deal sites, cashback sites, file-sharing groups, piracy communities, fake review pages, or misleading landing pages without written approval.
  • Offering unauthorized bonuses, rebates, refunds, discounts, source files, license keys, setup promises, or extra support in exchange for using your link.
  • Buying products with stolen payment methods, fake payment proof, reused gift cards, disputed payments, or accounts created only to generate commission.
  • Sharing, leaking, reselling, or distributing our paid products, source code, license keys, private downloads, or API access as part of referral promotion.

9. Fraud Prevention and Review

We may review referral activity manually and automatically. This may include checking referral codes, account links, session data, IP addresses, device/browser signals, payment activity, order patterns, refund history, chargebacks, withdrawal activity, and support records. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

If we believe referral activity is suspicious, abusive, or in breach of this guide, we may remove referrals, reverse commissions, reject withdrawals, suspend wallet transfers, restrict account access, terminate referral access, refuse future participation, or take other action allowed by our terms and the law.

10. Changes, Pauses, and Termination

We may change commission rates, eligible products, payout methods, minimum withdrawal amounts, review periods, program availability, or these rules at any time. We may also pause or end the referral program for individual users or for everyone.

Where practical, approved paid withdrawals will not be affected by later program changes. Pending commissions, unreviewed referrals, suspicious activity, and unpaid balances may still be reviewed under the rules in effect at the time of review.

11. Independent Participant Status

Referral participants are independent promoters only. You are not an employee, contractor, legal representative, agent, partner, franchisee, or joint venture of FLUTTER CRAFTERS LTD. You must not make promises, accept payments, provide support, negotiate disputes, or bind us to any obligation on our behalf.

You are responsible for your own taxes, accounting, reporting, platform compliance, advertising compliance, and business obligations connected to referral earnings.

12. Contact and Disputes

Referral questions, payout issues, fraud reports, account disputes, and permission requests must be submitted through our support portal so there is a written record: https://support.fluttercrafters.com/support.
