Important Store Policy and Support Updates Effective June 20, 2026
A summary of the updated Store Flutter Crafters policies, company information, support process, refund rules, API notice, referral rules, and crypto gift-card verification flow.
Store Flutter Crafters has updated several public customer policies and operational notices. This article summarizes what changed and where customers can review the full text.
Effective date: These updates apply from June 20, 2026 to use of our website, customer accounts, downloads, support, service requests, payment verification, referrals, and future purchases.
Why we made these updates
We recently added clearer company information for FLUTTER CRAFTERS LTD, company number 17289603, and improved the way customers can understand our policies before buying or requesting support.
Our business operates online. The registered office shown on the website is for legal correspondence only and is not a customer service or visitor location. Customer support should be handled through the support portal, with WhatsApp available for quick help when appropriate.
Main policy pages updated
- Privacy Policy: updated company details, data categories, cookies, analytics, payment/support providers, account information, and customer rights.
- Terms of Service: clarified digital product access, licenses, account responsibilities, payments, support channels, disputes, and acceptable use.
- Refund Policy: clarified how refunds are reviewed for digital products, duplicate payments, failed delivery, chargebacks, and support evidence.
- Support Policy: clarified what standard support includes, what requires a paid service request, and how official support records are handled.
- API Usage Notice: clarified that customers are responsible for their own third-party API keys, platform accounts, usage limits, costs, approvals, and compliance.
- Referral Program Guide: clarified referral rules, allowed promotion methods, prohibited traffic, and commission review.
Support and contact changes
The Contact page now points customers to the official support portal and WhatsApp. We removed the embedded contact form and map because support discussions, technical evidence, product issues, and disputes should be handled through a trackable support channel.
For official support, account problems, product access issues, refund review, or disputes, customers should use the support portal:
https://support.fluttercrafters.com/support
Paid installation and service requests
We clarified that standard product support does not automatically include custom installation, setup, server configuration, app publishing, or third-party service work. However, customers can request paid installation or custom setup through our service request page:
Request paid installation or custom service
Crypto payment and gift-card verification updates
We also improved the crypto payment page for customers who do not already have crypto. Customers may use a supported external provider to buy a Binance gift card using payment methods such as PayPal, credit/debit card, Alipay, or Skrill where available from that provider.
After purchase, the customer can submit the received gift card code through the crypto payment flow. We manually verify the submitted code, then activate the product after successful verification.
This process is manual and must be reviewed by our team before product delivery is completed.
What customers need to do
No immediate action is required if you agree with the updated policies. Please review the updated pages before making a new purchase, opening a support request, submitting a crypto gift card code, or requesting paid installation.
If you do not agree with the updated terms, please stop using the website and contact support before placing any new order or service request.
Summary
These updates are intended to make Store Flutter Crafters clearer, safer, and more transparent for customers. They explain who operates the store, how customer data is handled, how digital products and support are delivered, how refunds are reviewed, and where official support discussions should happen.
